Peer review publication GCSE Science Scientists conduct research Scientists write up the results They submit the paper to a science journal If the standard is good enough, the editor will send it for review Independent scientists examine the paper and send any comments to the editor (peer review) The editor may send the comments to the scientists and ask them to review and resubmit their paper When the paper meets editorial and peer standards it is published and shared with the world
