Is an "End-to-End" Solution Be-All, End- All in Discovery? Litigation and Practice Support Peer Group

The Panel  A litigation attorney since 1990, William (Bil) Kellermann is the Director of Electronic Discovery at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC. In this capacity, he oversees the firm's Electronic Discovery Operations Center (EDOC), working with litigation attorneys, in-house counsel and client IT departments to manage effectively all aspects of computer forensics and electronic discovery associated with a legal matter. Recognized for his expertise in the use of software to automate the litigation process related to electronic evidence discovery, case assessment and trial preparation, Bil is a frequent speaker on e-discovery topics.  As the Litigation Support Manager at Bricker & Eckler LLP, David Hasman provides consulting on litigation and e-discovery matters for the firm. His responsibilities include designing, implementing and maintaining litigation. In addition, David coordinates special projects for the firm and is responsible for the evaluation, selection and negotiation of agreements with third-party discovery vendors. David has 10 years of experience in the litigation support field.  Stephen Dooley is an experienced leader in addressing the practical needs of the discovery process and implementing teams and solutions to address those efforts. With over 18 years of industry experience, he has been instrumental in developing and maintaining three litigation support departments. Stephen is currently the Senior Manager of Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. He actively participates in supporting the growth and education of this community by serving on ILTA’s Litigation and Practice Support Peer Group Steering Committee and as a board member of ECALSM.
