THE PROCESS Personal Planning and Job Analysis Find Candidates They fill out Application Forms Use selection tools to screen candidates Interview the Final Candidate s Orientation & Training Candidates Candidate is hired

INTERVIEW GUIDELINES Plan an Interview: set an appropriate time and date for when to meet the person Establish a Report: in order to keep notes about each possible employer Ask Questions: make sure that your questions are related and capable of giving you an idea of what type of person you are dealing with Close your Interview: finish the questionnaire and bring on the next candidate Review: look back at your report and judge whether or not the person is suitable
