PRINCIPLES OF WEB DESIGN. EDGAR GARCIA – WEB DESIGN 2/8/13

VISUAL DESIGN. A visual design makes the website look very professional and presentable.

FUNCTIONALITY. Functionality helps in making the site very easy to use, since people don’t have time figuring out how a site works.

CONTENT. Content is the useful information on a website.

NAVIGATION. Navigation makes the site really clear and easy. Logo on the page always take you back to the home screen.

MEDIA. Media makes the site very fun and cool looking. With pictures, graphics, videos, games, music and more.

SUMMARY. The 5 Principles of Web Design are: Visual Design Functionality Content Navigation Media
