Names of dinosaurs Ankylosaurus- bumpy back of armor, powerful tail,18-20 feet long and six foot high. Herbivore Brachiosaurus- one of the largest dinosaurs. It was 25m long and weighed about 80 tons. Herbivore Pterodactyl-lived in flocks and lived in trees or caves. It ate insects and lived near the sea. Carnivore Stegosaurus- very small bird-like head and a huge body. Its brain was about the size of a walnut. Its back legs were twice as long as his front legs. The Stegosaurus had bony plates down its back and tail. He used his tail as a weapon. Herbivore
