 Joshua 24:14-15 ▪ Fear the Lord ▪ Proverbs 1:7; Ecclesiastes 12:13; Acts 10:34-35; ▪ Serve in Sincerity ▪ Ephesians 6:24; I Timothy 1:5; ▪ Serve in Truth ▪ John 8:31-32; John 4:24; ▪ Put Away other gods ▪ Mark 4:18-20;

 We Have the Power to Choose

 Joshua 24:14-15 –  (14) Joshua tells them that they should fear the Lord, serve Him, & put away other gods.  (15) Yet, they still have the power to choose what to do.  Hebrews 11:24-25 – Moses had the power to choose the people of God over the riches in Egypt.

 Isaiah 65:12 – “chose that in which I do not delight”  Psalm 119:30-34 – “I have chosen the way of Truth”

 We Have the Power to Choose  We Have to Make a Choice

 Joshua 24:18-19 – Joshua tells them that they cannot serve God and foreign gods.  Matthew 6:24 – “No one can serve two masters”  Matthew 12:30 – “He who is not with Me is against Me”

 Hear the Gospel of Christ (Romans 10:17)  Believe in Jesus (Romans 1:16)  Repent of Sins (Luke 13:3)  Confess faith in Christ (Romans 10:10)  Be Baptized in Water (Romans 6:3-4)  Grow and Be Faithful (Matthew 10:22)  If err, repent and pray to God (Acts 8:22)
