Community and service Hi my name is Thani AL-Thani I’m 13 years old. I got involved to roots and shoots by my friends. My friends told me come on Thani join us in roots and shoots. After that I joined roots and shoots and it was kind of hard but I enjoyed it with my friends.

Community and service I enjoyed roots and shoots because my friends advised me that it’s fun and enjoyable.

Community and service The project was roots and shoots. Wee had to dig a small pond for animals to be a safe house for them. I had to dig and take the dirt in green plastic bags to throw it outside.

Community and service After we finished the pond and took all the dirt plastic bags outside I was very proud because its my first time to do a hard work as this. The most important idea was to put the large plastic sheet in the pond so the ground don’t drink the water.

Community and service I learned that I have to put a plastic sheet in the pond so the ground don’t drink the water. I learned how to communicate with my friends in hard work.

Community and service I was a risk taker to enter roots and shoots because you have to work hard and make an effort. Also I am principled because our work was fair every body had to work hard nobody has little of work.

Community and service I developed in being more fair than before. by doing my hard work and don’t give it to a friend so I am being principled. But we help others in work not to do my friend work or he does my work. we are communicators for helping others in Difficult situations.

Community and service Maybe Next year I will choose animal shelter because I love animals and I tried to join it this year but it was full.
