MARKET REGULATION AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMMITTEE  Monitors all aspects of the market regulatory process for continuous improvement.  Market Analysis  Regulatory Interventions  Interstate Collaboration  Reviews and make recommendations on underwriting and market practices of companies and producers. 3

MARKET INFORMATION SYSTEMS TASK FORCE  Provides business expertise regarding the desired functionality of the NAIC Market Information Systems and the prioritization of regulatory requests for the development and enhancements to the NAIC Market Information Systems.  Examination Tracking System  Complaint Tracking System  Regulatory Information Retrieval System 4

ANTIFRAUD TASK FORCE  Serves the public interest by assisting the state insurance supervisory official through the detection, monitoring and appropriate referral for investigation of insurance crime, both by and against consumers.  Assists the insurance regulatory community through the maintenance and improvement of electronic databases regarding fraudulent insurance activities.  Provides a liaison function between insurance regulators; federal, state, local and international law enforcement; and other specific antifraud organizations. 5
