NOT The Shepherd’s Way Ezekiel 34:1-10 Shepherds of Israel v.1 Israel is the flock Fed themselves and not the sheep v.2 They ate the sheep! v.2 No care for the sheep v.4 Abused the sheep v.4 Scattered for lack of guidance v.5 Once scattered, no one looked for them v.6

NOT The Shepherd’s Way Ezekiel 34:1-10 God’s flock became a prey for wolves, etc. There was no shepherd (didn’t shepherd) Shepherds didn’t search for them Luke 15 Shepherds didn’t feed them Shepherds fed themselves… God will rescue His flock from the shepherds They won’t be feeding off them anymore v.10 They will give account for the lost sheep v.10

The Shepherd’s Way Ezekiel 34:11-31 I will search for my sheep and seek them out He will bring them together Put in safe folds in high mountains in Israel I will feed my flock and make them to lie down I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick; v.15, 16 He will judge those who became fat off Israel by treating them as they treated others 17-22
