TICPOT Packages TICPOT consists of two separate documents : Document 1 Document 2 - A user guide - Organisational change resources - A QI organisational assessment tool - Support information, and templates Assists organisations to begin their journey or build on existing trauma-informed policies and practices. MHCC has developed two packages for sale: An offline DIY assessment tool, OR A comprehensive online assessment Data from this assessment will inform a consultant’s report on outcomes and tailor recommendations to support quality improvement and organisational change.
