Would you please tell me some kinds of animals you know. tigers, antelopes,pandas, hippo, lions, giraffe, kangaroo, wolves, zebra, monkey, great while shark, crocodile,camel, bear, deer, ape,dolphin, elephant

When farmers cut down trees, tigers can no longer hide and hunt. Many tigers are killed by people who want to sell their fur and use their bones for medicine. The beautiful Tibetan antelopes are hunted for their wool.

There are few areas left where pandas can live.

1. Why is it important to make sure that animals do not die out? 2.What can we do to help endangered animals? If animals die out, our ecosystems will be destroyed and we human beings will die out, too We can stop people cutting too many trees, killing animals and polluting rivers. We can tell people to protect from now on.

1. Where did you live before they brought you to the zoo? 2. How long have you been living in the zoo? 3. Do you prefer living in the zoo or living in the jungle? Why? 4. If you could say something to all humans, what would you tell them? If necessary, you could think of more questions to ask. Suppose you are a reporter and going to interview some animals in the zoo. Work together with your partner to make a dialogue. One acts as the reporter and the other acts as the animal ( monkey, wolf, elephant, panda,tiger, hippo,kangaroo,giraffe). The reporter's questions are given to you:

R: May I ask you some questions? T: Sure. Go ahead. R: Where did you live before they brought you to the zoo? T: I lived in a forest in the south. R: Do you like living in the zoo? Why or why not? T: No, the zoo is too small for me. I can’t run, and I can’t see my friends. I miss them very much. R: If you could say something to all humans, what would you tell them? T: I would tell them not to destroy forests, and not to kill too many of us, or they will not see us any more in the future. I don’t think this is a good thing for them.
