Admission Requirements At Texas Tech University Important Student Requirements In order to get into Texas Tech as a first time freshman you have to meet these requirements: 4 units of English 4 units of math 4 units of science 2 units of foreign language Every student attending Texas Tech for the first time must show proof of a meningitis vaccination. You are assured admission if you are graduating from an accredited high school and present the required combination of high school class rank and college entrance test scores. ACT composite score; SAT sum of critical reading and math; Writing portions of both tests are required, but not used in determining assured admission. The application datelines for Spring 2013 is 11/12/2012 and Fall 2013 is 3/1/2013. The application fee at Texas Tech University is $50. See ACT/SAT Chart On Next Slide
