JAM PRESENTATION

The Apostle’s Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hell.

The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father almighty, from thence he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

SONG

SERMON

CONFESSION P: Let us confess our sins in the presence of God and of each other.

P: When we test your love and patience, C: Father, bless us with your forgiveness. P: When we do not give time to you, C: Father, bless us with your forgiveness.

P: When we are led astray by our own wants, C: Father, bless us with your forgiveness. P: When we do not see what Jesus has done, C: Father, bless us with your forgiveness.

P: However great the sin committed, there is forgiveness for those who seek it. So hear this good news from God your Redeemer: You are accepted, you are forgiven, you are free. C: Amen.

SONG

Offertory Prayer P: Almighty God, we thank you that you sent your Son Jesus to be our high priest to lead us to you. Let us always approach you with confidence, seeking mercy and help in times of need. And lead us faithfully to follow Jesus, serving him and our fellow human beings. C: AMEN

Prayer of the Church

The Lord’s Prayer Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and for ever. Amen.

Sending Out P: Go in peace. Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. C: In the name of Christ. Amen.

The Blessing P: The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make his faced shine on you and be gracious to you. The Lord look upon you with favour and give you  peace. C: Amen. Amen. Amen.
