Vector Mapping Project Start Tuesday , due Wednesday

Backstory Uh-oh! Some of the city planners need your help! Several underground water mains have started leaking along the route that was planned for the Lee High School Homecoming Parade. The plan originally called for students to walk down West down Wadley then turn South on Godfrey to get to the school.

Instructions Your map will take you from the Kohl’s parking lot to Lee High School. “City Noise Regulations” require you to make at least 20 turns on your parade route and you cannot follow any main street because of the ruptures. Each vector on your map must be labeled with a distance, unit, and direction. When you have created your map, add up all of the North/South vectors and East/West vectors. Use these to calculate the distance from start to finish on your route. Bonus points for school spirit on your map! Use the following formula to calculate the angle of the line. Θ = tan-1 (opp/adj)
