Job Description Team members will be expected to perform the following duties in this role. Lead standards alignment development and implementation process at your school for specific grade level, subject area or whole school groups Provide professional development at school level on instruction issues; specifically, alignment and implementation standard, of standards Chair grade level or departmental instructional/curriculum meetings Attend 2-day district summer leadership workshop Participate in monthly district leadership team meetings Communicate regularly with other teachers at your grade level and/or department level concerning curriculum issues. Be the major communication link to your peers across the district. Be positive

Job Description Work with principal and other instructional leaders in your building to create a true learning community in your building and across the district Read professional materials as selected by the leadership team Train new staff members on standard implementation as they are employed in your building Serve in leadership role in comprehensive school & district plan development and implementation Coach peers in effective instructional strategies Be actively involved in the learning walk process Communicate regularly with teachers at your school or department concerning CIITS implementation
