To create mutually beneficial value exchanges and dialog between regional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the regional NGNEC programme The Regional NGNEC forum will be the vehicle for information sharing with regards to: –Regional NGNEC Rollout Plan –Progress feedback on rollout plan –Readiness level of regional divisions that will be dealing with NGNEC Rollout Provide opportunity to identify, prioritise and give appropriate attention to the challenges that exist in relation to programme implementation and readiness Purpose of Regional NGNEC Forum

Composition of Regional NGNEC structure The Regional NGNEC structure will include the following stakeholders: –Employee Relations –Wholesale and Network Services (NFS. Guiding Principles It is proposed that the Regional NGNEC meet on a monthly or as required based on the Regional rollout plan The Regional NGNEC Forum will be chaired by Employee Relations Organised Labour representatives on the NGNEC Special Company Forum should play a leading role in the regions WS&NW’s representatives on the Regional NGNEC will also perform the function of divisional SPOC’s if required The Regional NGNEC forum will be used as the vehicle for information sharing and addressing regional challenges associated with programme implementation The Regional NGNEC forum do not have any decision making or negotiation power If barriers arise which cannot be resolved, the NGNEC Regional form will escalate issues timeously via the chair to the National NGNEC Special Company Forum as a last resort.
