Reports 5.02 Understand database queries, forms, and reports used in business.

What is it and how is it used? A database report is an object used to organize, group, and summarize some or all of the data from one or more database tables or queries. Reports allow data to be presented in an attractive format with user selected fonts, colors, shading, borders, and graphics. Advantages of Reports Data from multiple tables can be grouped Calculations can be performed on data Headings, borders, and other enhancements can be added Reports can be saved and updated Reports can be printed in landscape or portrait orientation Understand database queries, forms, and reports.Slide 3
