International Palliative Care Initiative Vision: Palliative care is available for all patients with life-limiting illness across all care settings.

Institut Català d’Oncologia Mission: To improve the care of patients and families facing life-limiting illness by supporting global and national policies to integrate palliative care into public healthcare systems. IPCI will advance its work through grantmaking, capacity building, strategic convening, advocacy, mobilizing, and leveraging funding in order to build the field of palliative care.
