Ask how people work together and share ideas, analyze the collaboration, and identify action points Methodology for Organizational Network Analysis Having planned the analysis and its scope as well as designed the questionnaire, the process of deriving insights from data on collaboration is straightforward. Surveys Send out surveys for people to identify who they talk to and work with within the predefined set of people. Data processing Apply graph techniques to summarize and characterize collaboration. Analysis Analyze network on network, group and individual level using metrics and visualization. Action points Identify improvement opportunities and fulfil the study’s objectives.
