In this session you will:  Review the Roadmaps Cycle.  Complete the Roadmaps Checkout.  Evaluate Roadmaps Course.

And even though there is no finish line…there is a cycle of re-evaluating -Who you are -Your skill sets -Your desires -What you are willing to do -Developing a plan -Working your plan

The New World of Work and the “Seven Survival Skills you’ll need for the Global “Knowledge Economy”… Are you ready?

1 st Survival Skill: Critical thinking and problem solving Which means:  The ability to ask good, penetrating questions.  Learning to work together in teams.  Working in teams to find the best solutions.

2 nd Survival Skill: Collaboration Across Networks and Leading by Influence Which means:  The ability to work with others in distant locations  The ability to work with people in other job sectors.  The ability to work with people of other cultures.  The ability to effectively collaborate to find solutions to problems.

3 rd Survival Skill: Agility and adaptability Which means:  The ability to flexible, changeable, adaptive and agile.  The ability to deal with ever-new and changing business environments  Possessing skills to deal with “disruptions” whether they come from inside the company or from the marketplace.  The ability to quickly learn new skills to deal with changes and disruptions. 6 th Survival Skill: Accessing and Analyzing Information Which means:  The ability to locate information that matters.  Learn important details about the information.  Use critical thinking to find out what to do with the information.
