Facts Sixteen years ago there was not one Hispanic student at Rock Valley Community School. Sixteen years ago there was not one Hispanic student at Rock Valley Community School. Today, close to 25% of our school population is Hispanic, and judging by future enrollment numbers that percentage will increase.
