Autosome inheritance- dominant and recessive (a carrier does not show disease in recessive inheritance)

Sex-linked trait inheritance Genes that are located on the sex chromosomes are called sex-linked traits Examples –Baldness and colorblindness

Incomplete Dominance Incomplete dominance is when the heterozygous phenotype is somewhere between the two homozygous phenotypes

Codominance Codominance is when both alleles of a gene are expressed completely- neither allele is dominant nor recessive
