ILEC Services TIE line rental –Private, high speed, used to link 2 PBX’s together, charged on a flat rate –Can be very expensive Foreign Exchange –Allows a customer to call a local number –That call then gets routed to your location WATS –Wide Area Telecommunication Service –Created in the 1970’s to allow customers some breaks when calling long distance 800/888/877/866 –Allows customers to call you toll free –The business pays for the call at a reduced rate
