The Structural making cultures of enterprise An entrepreneur is one who organizes a new business venture in the hopes of making a profit. Entrepreneurship is the process of being an entrepreneur, of gathering and allocating the resources—financial, creative, managerial, or technological— necessary for a new venture's success.

Entrepreneurship is also a source of more entrepreneurship. Societies around the world have always been fueled by the innovations and new products that entrepreneurs bring to the market. Fueled-питаемый Source-источник

Successful entrepreneurship depends on many factors. Of primary importance is a dedicated, talented, creative entrepreneur. The person who has the ideas, the energy, and the vision to create a new business is the cornerstone to any start-up. Of primary importance-первая важность Dedicate-посвятить, start-up-запуск Cornerstone-краеугольный камень

But the individual must have ready access to a variety of important resources in order to make the new venture more than just a good idea. He or she needs to develop a plan of action, a road map that will take the venture from the idea stage to a state of growth and institutionalization. Access-доступ

In most instances, the entrepreneur also needs to put together a team of talented, experienced individuals to help manage the new venture's operations. Venture-предприятие Instance-случай

Entrepreneurship also depends on access to capital, whether it be human, technological, or financial. In short, entrepreneurship is a process that involves preparation and the involvement of others in order to exploit an opportunity for profit. Whether-ли Exploit-эксплуатировать

In his book Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Peter F. Drucker took the ideas set forth by Schumpeter one step further. He argued that Schumpeter's type of innovation can be systematically undertaken by managers to revitalize business and nonbusiness organizations. To revitalize-оживлять

By combining managerial practices with the acts of innovation, Drucker argued, business can create a methodology of entrepreneurship that will result in the institutionalization of entrepreneurial values and practice. Argued-обсуждённый Value-ценный

Drucker's definition of entrepreneurship—a systematic, professional discipline available to anyone in an organization—brings our understanding of the topic to a new level.

He demystified the topic, contending that entrepreneurship is something that can be strategically employed by any organization at any point in their existence, whether it be a start-up or a firm with a long history. Drucker understood entrepreneurship as a tool to be implemented by managers and organizational leaders as a means of growing a business Demystified-демистифицированный Existence-существование

The word "ethics" has been derived from the Greek word "ethos" which means conduct, customs or character. Now let's ponder up on this for a while...ethics according to the Greeks would mean a code of conduct, Derived-полученный Ponder up-обдумайте

the manner of customs and the characterization of a person's morals. It would also mean in a positive way the accepting of responsibilities. Accepting –принятие

Scope The framework has to be outlined before the business activity starts. Criminal behavior and legal framework: Every business needs to have a code of ethics pertaining to criminal behavior and legal issues.

The employees in a business need to be trained sufficiently regarding legalities of the business and the consequences their actions would have upon them and the business. Legalities-законность Consequences-последствия Sufficiently-достаточно Regarding-относительно

Human values and personal behavior: Every business needs to have an ethical framework or policy for human values and behavior. Framework-структура Human value-человеческие ценности

Employees should be given training on how to interact with different people, be it customer, suppliers or competitors. They need to be aware of how they are expected to behave with people at different levels and that inappropriate behavior will have consequences. To behave-вести себя To be aware –знать Inappropriate –несоответствующий Consequences-последствия

Corporate and Business Ethics: Though we are discussing business ethics, this strictly pertains to the corporate ethics, ethical policies for business and actions that are going to be under check and need to be in compliance with legal framework and standards.
