Overview of Social Services….Benchmarking Exercise London Local Authorities took part Exercise took place between 11 th -22 nd January, 2010 Local Authorities chose from a bank of questions, each asking 10 questions apart from 1 Local Authority who asked only 3. Names of Local Authorities have been removed at the request of those who took part

Questions Asked The bank of 27 questions covered: Freedom Passes Blue Badge Safeguarding Community Alarms Social Care/Care Assessment Homelessness General, e.g. alcohol abuse scheme and walking schemes Financial Education Registrars

Results showing knowledge/technical scores

Results showing levels of customer service (call handling)

Results showing overall customer satisfaction
