+ True or False… why? Stage fright is normal for most people. Stage fright can actually help motivate you in the preparation and execution of your speech. Stage fright is more noticeable to the audience than to the speaker. Lack of preparation can increase stage fright. The more you speak in public, the more you can control your stage fright. Deep breathing helps relieve stage fright by slowing down the heart rate and supplying oxygen to the brain.
