Background By the end of March 2006 in Vietnam, there had been 106,288 cases HIV infection detected, 17,829 cases had progressed to AIDS, and 10,378 people had died (Vietnam Ministry of Health/ UNAID). And why we don't use our TU role is protection, education and information? Immediate Objectives 1. Each of the four target factories will have 30 motivators who can organize 2. The target group (10,000 workers at four factories in one North Province) 3.
