 Overpopulation is the endangerment of too many people on the planet.

 There aren't a lot of resources left on the planet and the population continues to rise.

 If over population were to occur a increasing numbered people will die of diseases

 Deforestation and loss of ecosystems will occur  Shrinking amount of cropland per person  Shrinking area of tropical moist forest

 Half of the mangrove forests have been lost to coastal development

 Nearly 70 percent of the world’s major marine fish stock is over fished

 Illegal alien population in the US is larger than the populations of any one of a list of 41 US states

 Governments facing overpopulation will also struggle to manage waste  By 1999, world population reached 6 million and in the short time of 2007 to 2050 then could be 2.4 million more people
