What is a Tenet? A principle, belief, or doctrine generally held to be true; especially : one held in common by members of an organization, movement, or profession

Tenet #1: I am proud of my Special Ability. I am Intelligent. I am capable. I choose success (put first things first!)

Tenet #2: With Talent Comes Responsibility! To perform musically I must perform academically. I am organized. I am responsible for my instrument, equipment and related details.

Tenet #3: I Am My Best Teacher (Brad Schoener) I study hard with an all out effort! (Be proactive.) I use a study plan (begin with an end in mind). I study for MASTERY!!

Tenet #4: I can learn ANYTHING!!!! Music will show me the way. I choose success. Success gives me choices (lazy intentional failure, self sabotage, etc... takes them away). The principles of being a good musician apply to all subjects and life experiences.

Tenet #5: Results not Excuses! I am responsible for my actions and the results of my actions (or inactions). I choose my path. I create my choices.
