School Board Appreciation Month District One Schools Spartanburg County
School Board Appreciation Month Activities Each school in District One adopts a Board member for School Board Appreciation Month. This year, each Board member was presented with a book about a favorite topic or a favorite book he or she has read. Students from each school presented the books to Board members. The books will be placed in each school’s media center in honor of the Board member their school adopted.
Thanks to Our Board Members In addition to giving a book to each Board member, students at each school made a banner thanking their adopted Board member. A framed picture of the banner was presented to each Board member at the February meeting as a small token of our appreciation for all they do.
