Too much caffeine One can of energy drink contains up to the amount of caffeine as there is in 3 medium cups of coffee. Something to think about!

Negative effects of too much caffeine Heart beating too fast Difficulty concentrating Headache More trips to the washroom Difficulty sleeping Feeling sick Hyperactive Irritable/anxious

Not for athletes! Contains a lot of sugar Can cause bloating and nausea If carbonated, can cause stomach aches. Can negatively affect sports’ performance!
