Our Background What we are presenting to you is the newest in car modeling the gravity cruiser prototype and it has to run based on gravity the rules state -must go straight -can not have any physical contact

Our Five Characteristics 5 Characteristics That Describe All Of Us: Ashley- Leadership, Loyalty, Responsibility, Cooperation, Perseverance, and Accountability Evan- Leadership, Wisdom, Responsibility, Perseverance, and Accountability Kate- Leadership, Honesty, Self-Control, Respect, and Cleanliness Vincent- Leadership, Responsible, Accountability, Cooperative, and Helpful

Our Mission Statement ‍ Our company goal is to create the best gravity cruiser available. Our company is a group of very determined smart people. We have looked at the gravity cruiser and know we can make a better model. We know our competition well. We promise we will make the best gravity cruiser the public has ever seen

Our Goal Our goal is to build the best gravity cruiser project by working together and to impress our audience with this presentation, but what we also wanted to do was work as a team, get to know each other, and respect each other we realized if we do these things we can do almost anything

About our group Our group has put a lot of hard work into this project we have gone through many different test many different adjustments etc. our group may not have picked ourselves but we had to work as a team to finish the cruiser please enjoy our project

Day 1 Recording Day 1 Today was day one we knew that we were suppose to build something called a gravity cruiser and we received our folder we have filled out our jobs and we have a great idea on what we have to do, we also have started our mission statement.

Day 2 Recording Day 2 Today we have finished our mission statement and we have started to do our jobs we have started to put together our gravity cruiser.

Day 3 Recording Day 3 Today we have built the bottom of the cruiser it has been tested and will be recorded. The first wheel size we first chose was small in the front bigger in the back but it did not work out so we changed it to make the wheel size large and the bottom can travel 615 cm till it stopped. The velocity is about 2 mph.

Day 4 recording Day 4 Today we have been recording results from yesterday gathering information to put on our gravity cruiser to make sure it goes straight and can go along distance. Also we have straightened the axels and we are currently creating the top of the cruiser then we will be testing later.

Day 5 Recording Day 5 Today we have done many test and have made some major changes to our equipment. We have also made 5 runs and the adjustments got us to ten feet and the adjustments we made were we had straightened up the levers and cut down the string. from our recording I got the observations of many things.

Day 5 What We Found Wrong and Corrections - I noticed that our cruiser struggled to go straight we will check to see why so. -We have discovered that the lever is taped sort of slanted and we have used far to much string. -We have fixed the lever re-taped it and fixed the string - After many test we have fixed our cruiser and found results so now our cruise can go straight and can go 10 feet we also discovered that it can go at a faster velocity from the adjustments we have made. - Our group has worked very hard and followed all the steps to success so we are very proud of our selves The first trip down: 3.2 feet Second trip: 5 feet After adjustments :10.5 feet We have worked hard to record all that we have.

Day 6 Today we again have done many test and found out that our adjustments we made to our cruiser yesterday were not enough.

Day 6 What We Found Wrong & Corrections We recognized that - The cruiser could not go straight - It kept turning to the left ( meaning that there was something making it go to the left) - The wheels were not rolling well - So we put tape on the wheels - We have cut the string and made sure it could go straight after words the cruiser had gone 11 feet with out the ramp and it went perfectly straight, hope that our adjustments still help us tomorrow.

Day 7 today we still had to make the adjustments because it still would not work.

Day 7 What We Found Wrong & Corrections The major adjustments we made were - We redid the lever - We have put more tape on the wheels - We got new string cause it was too short - Tried to add more pennies for better wait

Our Review and Our Model We have been filling out our sheet and our document is right here Our performance goals Primary-to build best gravity cruiser Travel distance-11 ft= 3 2/3 meters. Vehicle Design Configuration Wheel Diameter- Large cm= 3 inches Axle Diameter- 3cm=1 1/5 inches Distance from Fulcrum to String Attachment-3 inches= 8 cm Distance from Fulcrum to Weight- 44 cm= 17 inches Weight of Attracted Pennies- 40 pennies Other Features- We have a platform in the center to help the thing the weight goes one to help it go down straight
