TWM STOP 5/02 Slide 1 To date in 2002 there has been, To date in 2002 there has been, 6 Lost Time Incidents & 55 injuries in Well Engineering (6 LTI’s or less is our target for the whole year !) There were 2 LTI’s in 2 days ! Are YOU serious about Safety ?

TWM STOP 5/02 Slide LTI No.1 03/01/02 MB Petroleum - Hoist 7 Floorman’s finger pinched between swinging pipe spinner and post - fractured bone.

TWM STOP 5/02 Slide LTI No. 2 23/02/02 Midwesco Hoist-10 Man slipped whilst climbing down off a container bracket - tissue damage to heel.

TWM STOP 5/02 Slide LTI No.3 25/03/02 Sea & Land - Rig 70 Floorman struck his fellow workers hand with a hammer, whilst attempting to remove a thread protector - broken finger.
