Gianni,José Luis Goals Goals GTS GTS Urge NMCs joint the new RMDCN project proposal (whatever it be). Encourage NMCs to install IBL METDATA Software in order to implement IWM. Suggest NMCs to implement an eficcient mechanism to collect/diseminate their own internal data. Recommend installations of VPN (Ipsec tunnels) replacing current NMCs plain Internet access. For a better outcomes would be appropiated address the last issues to a PR level.
