Motor Evaluate the claim Inspect the images of the accident damage and garage estimates Compare the estimate with the damaged caused Endorse repair costs and prepare for requisition Health Evaluate the claim Comparison of the ailment with the policy cover Compare treatments/ charges with policy limits Prepare total claim requisition for approval These processes can apply to other claim classes Eg: Personnel injury, life insurance Claim Assessment Centre
