The Cross and Friendship John 15:9-17

Ever Wonder? Ever wonder why God would call us friends?

“ You are my friends … ” (John 15:14-15) Friends? Romans 5:6-8 Enemies? John 3:16

The Cross is a Symbol of Friendship John 15:13 – Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.

The Cross is a Symbol of Life John 15:16 –You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

The Cross is a Symbol of Jesus' Desire John 15:17 –These things I command you, so that you will love one another.

Wonder if we will give our life for our friend?
