Delaware Health and Social Services The mission of the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities is to maintain and improve the quality of life for Delawareans who are seniors or who are at least 18 years of age and have a physical disability. Our strategy is to preserve health and dignity and to promote self-sufficiency for older people and individuals with disabilities by providing access to and coordination of the right services at the right time and in the right place.
