Wii A Wii needs a TV with the correct specifications to plug into the Wii. You will also need a room with a decent amount of space in which the user playing can move around to play the interactive games without hitting anyone. When playing online a router is required so that you can connect to the internet and play with your friends. It is helpful to have a TV on top of a cabinet or a shelf so that the sensor can be placed there. Storage capacity: 512 MB Internal flash memory SD card, SDHC card. Graphics: ATI "Hollywood" Nintendo supply all their consoles with a Wii remote with a Nunchuck so you can play all the games available like boxing and other fighting games, you may also need the Nunchuck for the Wii fit.

Sega Mega Drive Processor: Motorola 68HC000 16/32-bit 7.67 MHz Co-processor (Sound Controller): Zilog Z MHz Video Display Processor Yamaha YM7101, derivative of the VDP from the Sega Master System Memory: 64K work RAM (68000), 64K video RAM, 8K work RAM (Z80) Later hardware had an internal 1Kx16 ROM for the license display screen. a_Drive

IPhone Storage: anything between 4GB and 32GB. Screen: The touchscreen is a 9 cm (3.5 in) liquid crystal display with scratch-resistant glass. The capacitive touchscreen is designed for a bare finger, or multiple fingers for multi-touch sensing.

Comparison There are some major differences between the different components although the Wii and IPhone came several years after the Sega mega drive which goes to show how much technology has changed over the years. Between the IPhone and Wii the requirements are different as well because one is a console and the other is a phone so they need different processors to do different things such as making phone calls on the IPhone while the Wii needs to focus on sensory movement. Both the Wii and the Sega Mega drive need to be plugged into your television for the consoles to work. Whilst the IPhone is battery powered and therefore you can take it anywhere.

The Impact on Gamers With the IPhone gamers can now play games anywhere The Sega Mega Drive is a classic among the gaming world and makes people think how revolutionary it was back in the day. The Wii is also revolutionary as it was the first motion detecting console which sparked a new era in gaming which led on to Microsoft and Sony making their own motion detecting device.
