A project aiming at increasing student’s level of English What is Read On?

Books are good teachers of life that take you to another world and let you to forget your problems! I always think of my teacher of English. She always says that reading and listening improve our level of English! What do you think of reading in the most spoken language in the world?

Eight books in a month. My favorite is “The love of a King”. A true love story between the King of England Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson an American Lady. How many books have you read up to now?

No! You can choose from starter to advanced levels. Is it difficult to read in English?

Interesting because you can learn a lot about English and England. Amusing since you can be involved in intriguing plots.. Useful because you can improve your knowledge, and your marks can get better

Thank you very much for answering! In a few words, thanks to Read On!, everyone in this class will be able to speak English!

New words. I’m getting information about science, history, art, famous characters, distant places and cultures different from ours. What are you learning from this project?

About twelve in a couple of weeks! “New York” because I love travelling. How many books have you read till now? Good Job! Which book did you like the most?

“Dracula” because I’m afraid of vampires and horror stories. Which book didn’t you like?

I ‘m enjoying this activity because I believe it’s important to learn a different language. Reading makes everything easier. New words come into my head to stay. My English is getting better What about you?

Why not? It would be great! Very well ! Would you like to do it again next year?

It came from our teachers, Mrs Settimio and Mrs Vittorini. After a teacher meeting in Rome, they decided to propose a challenge: breaking the record of reading books! Who had this idea?

And I’m thinking that we may win. More we read, more we feel like reading! So we have a problem.. We are getting addicted to reading! How can we get rid of it ? Help us ! Please! Thank you very much for your answers!

Thank you for your attention ! Class 3L Language Liceo Isabella Gonzaga -- Chieti
