Shared language – knowing what to say

Where are we now? 19% of people in the NWest are digitally excluded West Lancashire has between 85 – 89% of internet users vs a UK average of 87% West Lancashire has between 10 – 14% of non- users compared to a UK average of 12.6%. Across Lancashire digital exclusion affects up to 120,000 individuals. This equates approximately 10,000 digitally excluded individuals in West Lancashire.
