Water Water is the most necessary nutrient the body requires. More than half of your weight is water. Water is the main ingredient in the fluids in your body system Should drink between 5-7 glasses of water a day Water contains NO calories

Breakfast Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is the fuel that gets you going in the morning. Any Breakfast is better than none, but try to keep it healthy. Skipping breakfast doesn’t help maintain a healthy weight.

Nutritious Snack Recipe Strawberry-Banana Roll-Up 1 8-inch flour tortilla 2 T peanut butter 2 T Strawberry jelly (or your favorite) 1 Banana, peeled Place tortilla on a paper towel. Microwave 10 seconds Spread with peanut butter. Then add strawberry jelly. Place the banana near the right edge of the tortilla. Fold up the ends of the tortilla. Then roll-up.
