Witness to a crime You have been asked by the police to describe the suspect that you saw commit a crime

Example

Thief A woman was at a restaurant and she put her things on the floor behind her chair. When she got up to leave they were gone. She had a red umbrella and a bag. You saw a man that had those things just before you arrived at the restaurant. Please describe this man to the police detective.

Thief As you were walking to your car you observed someone trying to break into another car. You quickly went and told the security guard. By the time you returned the thief was gone with the car. Please describe the thief and the car as best you can to the police detective.
