Discuss plan revision process (feedback and support) How can we best support districts in revising their plans based on DOE feedback? Currently offered: Facilitator/liaison/TLEU support Workshop hosted by TLEU Online resources (guidance for all, sample activities/deliverables/measures, sample completed plan components, strong LEA examples) How can we improve future plan reviews/feedback? Review process and timeline? Written feedback? Phone call discussions?

Discuss the LEA support program overall How can we promote the school visits and help participants incorporate what they see into their plans? How can we make the support program most valuable to LEAs - is there any other technical assistance that DOE could provide, or are there ways we could improve the current TA? How can we support LEAs, beyond the LEA support program – are there opportunities for DOE to support LEAs around other issues? How can we ensure that support for LEAs translates to improvements in schools and classrooms?
