STUDENT LEARNING OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROCESS TEMPLATE SLO is a process to document a measure of educator effectiveness based on student achievement of content standards. Proficient 80% to 89% of students will meet the PI targets. Distinguished 90% to 100% of students will meet the PI targets. X/Y = Z Y = number of students (60) X = the number of students who achieved 85% or more on the Income, Profit and Wealth Unit Test (55) Z = converts to the percentage that scored 85% or higher 55/60 = 91.6%
