System User Groups Only The Administrator level has ability to make changes to the Base Map. Additional Supervisory Agencies are assigned layers needed to create that agencies data. This Agency has control of these layers. Each Agency is responsible for the cost to to create that Agency’s data layers.

System User Groups Sidwell has direct access to system for quarterly maintenance downloads. Most Agencies, viewing only, has access using “Arc Reader”. This group does not have rights to make changes. 85% of on line users come out of this group. Many specialty layers of data will be password protected of security and Public Safety reasons.
