Growth in NMDs in THP+FC SILPs continue to be the most prevalent placement for NMDs. 2,422 youth were placed in a SILP as of 10/1/13 This represents 31% of all placements for 18 to 20 year-olds. 54% At this rate of growth, there will be approximately 2,600 NMDs placed in THP+FC by 10/1/15
