The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband’s home and his children and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it. Surely, every one of you is a shepherd and responsible for his flock.” Source: Sahih Bukhari 6719, Sahih Muslim 1829

ADVANTAGES OF RESPONSIBILITY

 It will create a positive attitude among the organization and trust each direction given will be executed without the need to frequently directed and implemented on the basis of responsibility.  Mas'uliyyah appreciation of nature can reduce the need for external supervision and always feel that they are being watched by God.  Residents of the organization will be more loyal and trust in the organization. They will not make a practice particularly damaging to the organization.  These properties will also produce employees who are committed to the task. They will do the job as best as possible by the existing capabilities in themselves.  The next advantages of Mas’uliyyah, that individual will be respected, loved and trusted by family, friends and community, but will succeed in life and will automatically become a more trustworthy and God bless the prime of life.

DISADVANTAGES OF IRRESPONSIBILITY

 People will always be negative, even every direction and trust is not implemented properly, often make mistakes in their work, but will not be liked by the people around.  If there is no appreciation of the nature of Al-Mas'uliyyah, individual or community will create something for the sake of their own interests and will be selfish, it will ruin yourself and the community, especially in an organization.  The next disadvantages of Al-Mas’uliyyah, the individual will be hated, respected and also will not lose faith, family, friends, community, and within an organization. But will have trouble in life. If the family organization, if the head of the family of husband, wife, mother, father and son, there is no obligation that it will undermine the capacity of families and the worst was not loved by Allah and His Messenger.
