CEP at a glance The Centre for European programmes (CEP) is a major department of Outreach and Excellence of the American University in Bulgaria in the field of European integration, European project management, European utilities management, etc., educating a critical mass of experts, working towards the positive change of Bulgarian public and business sector regarding Bulgaria’s EU membership. CEP brings together public administration, business and non for profit and works for the benefit to promote their mutual interests.
