FY11: NO BUDGET BILLS PASSED OMNIBUS resulted in “WORKPLAN” developed by HQUSACE based on President’s Budget and projects with prior funding FY12: APPROPRIATIONS PASSED DEC 23, 2012 NO EARMARKS but included “Mini Workplan” + $33M for Wilmington Harbor, Carolina Beach, etc. Disaster Assistance (Miss R & Hurricane Irene) + $27M in funding for waterways in NC FY13: CONTINUING RESOLUTION until MARCH 2013 Appropriations Bill likely in April or later Could include “Mini Workplan” – how will it be allocated? FY 13 Disaster Assistance/Emergency Supplemental?? MOA funding from state & locals (from last year & new) Sequestration?????????
