Utilizing 4-H Afterschool Enrichment Activities Iowa 4-H Afterschool Workgroup The vision of the work group states  The Iowa 4-H Youth Development Program is a leader and a community partner in providing and supporting positive youth development through standard-based after-school and out-of-school time programming. The mission of the work group is to  Provide Extension staff and community partners the resources necessary to implement and support quality afterschool and out-of-school educational programming.
